Privacy Policy.
This document explains what personal data we collect, why we process it, and how you can stay in control of the information about you.
Effective from 24 June 2026
Logicore Soft (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how and why we process it, who we may share it with, and what rights you have. It applies to the website logicoresoft.com and related communication. By using the site, you confirm that you have read these terms.
1. Data controller
The controller of your personal data is LLC “LogicoreSoft” (LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “LogicoreSoft”), registration code (EDRPOU) 46342026. For any questions about data processing or to exercise your rights, contact us at [email protected].
2. What data we collect
Data you provide via the contact form
When you fill in the contact form or write to us, we receive:
- your name (or how you'd like to be addressed);
- your email address;
- the content of your message and any other details you choose to share about your project or task.
Technical data
When you visit the site, technical data may be processed automatically: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, date and time of the request, referrer, and page navigation. This data is needed for the operation, security, and diagnostics of the site.
Cookies and local storage
We currently do not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking. The site only stores functional data in your browser's local storage (for example, your chosen language) — it is not shared with third parties. If we add analytics in the future, it will be enabled only after your consent.
3. Purpose of processing
We process personal data to:
- respond to your enquiry and carry on the conversation;
- prepare a proposal and a project estimate;
- ensure the security, stability, and correct operation of the site;
- improve the content and usability of the site (subject to your analytics consent).
4. Legal basis
Depending on the situation, we rely on the following bases under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Ukrainian personal-data law:
- consent — for cookies, analytics, and marketing communication;
- steps taken at your request / performance of a contract — when you reach out about working together;
- legitimate interest — for site security and replying to enquiries;
- compliance with a legal obligation — where required by law.
5. Cookies and analytics
The site does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not use third-party trackers. Only your browser's local storage is used for the interface (for example, remembering your chosen language). If we introduce web analytics to improve the site, it will run strictly after your explicit consent, and you will be able to withdraw it at any time.
6. Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. Data may be processed by trusted service providers acting on our instructions, including:
- the site's hosting provider;
- the contact-form processing service (FormSubmit), which forwards enquiries to our inbox.
All such providers are required to maintain an appropriate level of data protection. We may also disclose data where required by law or a competent authority.
7. International transfers
Some of our providers may be located outside Ukraine or the European Economic Area. In those cases we apply the safeguards required by law (for example, standard contractual clauses) so that your data stays appropriately protected.
8. Data retention
We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the stated purpose or as required by law. Enquiries sent via the form are kept for the duration of the conversation and a reasonable period afterwards; analytics data is kept according to the relevant tool's settings. When the data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure: encrypted connections (HTTPS), access restrictions, and the principle of data minimisation. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute protection.
10. Your rights
In relation to your personal data, you have the right to:
- access your data and obtain a copy of what is processed;
- request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
- request erasure of your data (the “right to be forgotten”);
- restrict processing or object to it;
- receive your data in a structured format (data portability);
- withdraw previously given consent at any time;
- lodge a complaint with the relevant data-protection supervisory authority.
11. Children's data
Our site is aimed at a business audience and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal data of anyone under 16. If you believe we may have received such data, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Third-party links
The site may contain links to external resources (for example, Telegram). This Policy does not apply to third-party sites; we recommend reviewing their own privacy policies.
13. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page with its effective date. Where possible, we will additionally highlight material changes.
14. Contact
For questions about this Policy or to exercise your rights, email us at [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable time as required by applicable law.
